Engineering.
A connected path from engineering review to coordinated production.
↗Design review & prototyping
Establish the design, materials and sample validation approach before production.
↗SMT & DIP coordination
Coordinate surface-mount, through-hole and subsequent assembly requirements around your board design.
↗Test & quality planning
Translate product requirements into practical inspection and functional validation criteria.
↗Assembly & delivery
Connect boards, mechanical integration and packaging in a coordinated delivery process.
↗Turnkey PCBA & material sourcing
Coordinate PCB fabrication, BOM sourcing, assembly and testing within an agreed production scope.
↗Ageing & conformal coating coordination
Plan board protection and ageing requirements around the operating environment.

A connected path from design to finished product.
Drawing on JKR’s PCBA development, material sourcing, board assembly and finished-product services, K-CORE helps translate requirements into an agreed manufacturing and validation plan.
Design & PCB
Define functions, circuitry, board layout and mechanical interfaces before sampling.
BOM & materials
Review part numbers, availability and substitution rules; coordinate PCB fabrication and sourcing.
SMT & DIP
Connect surface-mount, through-hole and soldering processes with board-specific inspection requirements.
Test & delivery
Plan functional testing, ageing, conformal coating, final assembly and outgoing checks as required.

A few things to know before we begin
Can we start with a product idea?
Start with the application, key functions, size constraints and target market. For existing designs, prepare Gerber files, a BOM, schematics and test requirements.
Can the scope cover boards or complete products?
Discuss PCBA production, sourcing and complete-unit assembly separately or together. Full products also need agreed mechanical parts, wiring, labels, packaging and outgoing checks.
How are pricing, minimum quantities and lead times set?
They depend on design readiness, component supply, process complexity, testing and volume. Agree sampling, pilot production and batch production separately.
How do Hong Kong and Shenzhen work together?
K-CORE coordinates customer requirements and commercial discussions through Hong Kong, with JKR’s mainland resources supporting engineering and manufacturing. Project documents identify the manufacturing entity, quality criteria and delivery responsibilities.
